The start of my new year has been a memory I shall never forget!!
I went to see the famous London firework display for the New Year! And by far it has been the most amazing and wonderful yet painful and annoying experience I have ever witnessed!
Me and my wonderful friends had high hopes to see the display right in the middle of Westminster Bridge but due to the amount of people that were there, we were too late for the best spot to see the firework, but we did finally find a decent place to stand and still had a good view after a lot of pushing and shoving and patient to get to where we got!
Bearing in mind if you are not a people person I would not suggest you to go through this 'experience' but I shall warn you, you will miss the most amazing set of firework display....Ever!
Another advise I would give, would be to Definately go with your friends! You can go with a loved one....but the "romantic" experience you "crave for" won't exactly go to plan, due to the amount of drunks, people with prams, the shovers and the grumpy lots! It will kill the mood!
Also London's weather is not exactly 'generous' so dress up like you're about to go to the North Pole!
And finally.....Go Early! To get the best view of everything! And to avoid the pushing!
It is definately a once in a lifetime opportunity!....which I feel if someone had the chance to do so, you should Definately Go! It is just like a huge street party!
